Marketing Public Programs™ (MPP) is a strategy simulation game permitting your team to experiment and test scenarios before encountering them in real life.
Participants navigate feedback from within and outside the program as they attempt to optimize 6 controllable variables in pursuit of outcomes.
MPP objectives include:
To exercise models based on marketing theory and human behavior for delivering program outcomes.
To encourage and develop strategic vision and creative thinking within the program.
To help recognize and understand the interrelationships and interdependence of the different functional areas in the program.
