As the primary event planner for GSA’s off site retreat held at Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, The Track Group handled all event related services for this event of approximately 250 participants.

About six months prior to the conference, Track provided extensive research to identify among 100’s of potential properties the top ten venues located throughout several cities. An estimated budget for each of the top ten venues was provided along with the pros and cons for each location. Track handled contract negotiations, developed a complete event budget, and arranged A/V & food details. Track provided meeting planning services during the event including manning the registration table and served as a central point of contact for any on-site needs.

Additional services included development of a theme and graphic design of a logo for the event, development of an online registration site, production of personalized agendas, printing of notebook handouts and name badges, graphic design of on-site signs, and development and data entry for a survey.
