| Project Manager |

You are responsible for managing a variety of projects at the same time, coordinating with clients, sub-contractors and other members of the Track Group team. You keep an on-line project management system up-to-date, manage deadlines, review/approve products, and administer project budgets. Your creative and constructive input for process and business improvements is welcomed as this company grows.
Specific Primary Tasks Include:
- Enter all orders in tracking database and revise data fields as necessary to maintain an up-to-date status in the database.
- Call clients to summarize each new order and review and set expectations relative to all aspects of the job. Confirm all details as entered into the database and make sure client understands all important aspects of job and that you understand client's expectations of our team.
- Email job confirmation to client.
- Serve as primary liaison with client relative to status of job as it moves through the cycles of pre-production, production, and post production. Communicate regularly to be sure that client is informed on job status.
- Manage work-flow of internal and external design team to see that jobs are moving through relative to priority and within deadline constraints.
- Present report at daily project meeting to review priorities and status of all active jobs.
- Prepare production purchase orders and review all orders before they are submitted to production team. This includes double-checking the QA sheet for items such as correct indicia, etc. Prepare shipping tickets and insure disk is received by production in a timely manner.
- Provide accounting department with all paperwork relative to orders (plant purchase order, postage statements, etc.)
- Review invoices as supplied by accounting to insure accuracy and mail/fax to clients. Help manage accounts receivables by calling clients to review payment plans.
- Oversee production department to ensure that they are following our standards of quality and procedures.
- Log test pieces as received into the tracking database.
- Communicate daily with the production department to review the status of all active orders.
- Provide excellent client support by communicating clearly and maintaining a firm grasp on the many details surrounding all orders.
Secondary Tasks:
- Contact clients to see if we can assist with other projects.
- Assist clients and prospects who may require help reviewing our web site (searching of images, pricing, etc.)
- Prepare files for production team including basic Quark, Photoshop, and flightcheck. (We will train on these mac programs).
- Prepare quotes for new jobs including specification review and cost analysis/research . Assist with other office,
bookkeeping, or marketing projects as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Experience managing projects related to outreach, marketing, communication.
- Experience working with federal clients or within a federal agency.
- Experience managing meetings or events, especially when responsible to hotel logisitcs.
- Able to focus on multiple jobs at one time and keep track of many details.
- Strong focus on client support, both internal and external clients.
- Ability to rapidly pick up new technical and non-technical information.
- Able to think outside the box and troubleshoot, as well as anticipate problems and take proactive actions to avoid them.

Assistant Project Manager
The Track Group is hiring an assistant project manager who will work with an established project manager to complete client jobs. The job includes the following duties:
Manipulating data to prepare reports for client surveys
- Data entry for mailing and survey projects
- Updating web pages and downloading data from the server
- Creating data queries and pulling mailing lists from a database
- Preparing labels for mailings
- Researching options for completing projects, i.e. identifying appropriate photographs for banners, posters and brochures
- Contacting vendors to coordinate work on projects
- Contacting clients to update on project status
- Office management tasks including ordering supplies, answering phones/door, accepting packages, making copies, etc.
- Light accounting tasks as assigned
- Other tasks as assigned by project manager
Opportunity for advancement based on performance in this position. We will train a candidate with demonstrated strong PC abilities on our specific software. You must be able to use Word and Excel at a higher than average level and ideally have some experience with a database program such as Access.

This is an individual contributor sales role responsible for the full range of activities related to sales of advertising & marketing services to the US federal government. This position requires that you must have an understanding of the overall federal government market, including identification of opportunities and strategies for responding to government opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with your senior management to establish aggressive sales goals that supports the overall strategic plan and company vision. Next, your challenge is to attain and exceed the sales goals by:
• Successfully identifying and cultivating prospects and converting them to clients.
• Establishing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with corporate and federal clientele.
• Developing and maintaining working relationships with complementary companies to include teaming and partnership discussions.
• Leveraging existing contract vehicles (BPA) and obtaining new contracts.
-- Position Qualifications
• Excellent industry knowledge, background and connections
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch priorities effectively
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity and fluency with all Windows Office and presentation tools
• Must be able to work with multiple customers and prospects simultaneously
• Must be goal oriented with a track record of having exceeded sales targets consistently.
2+ years experience selling into the Federal government and/or an understanding of the AIMS GSA schedule 541 is a significant plus.

QuickBooks Bookkeeper
(Part Time Hourly Pay)
The Track Group is seeking a detailed and organized part time bookkeeper to work in our Alexandria VA office approximately 20 hours per week.
Required skills and tasks include:
- At least one year experience using Quickbooks including A/P, A/R functions
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Organize a processes to interact with project managers to receive appropriate paperwork regarding sub-contract & vendor payments as well as purchase orders from clients
- Excellent personal, phone and email communication skills
