Benefits of Working at The Track Group

 
The benefits listed below are subject to change and your actual benefits package may vary. Your actual benefit plan will be put in writing should an offer of employment be made to you.
 
Section 125 Plan Your employee contribution for health insurance is paid from pre-tax dollars. This effectively lowers you premium by the % of your federal and state tax rate.
Health Insurance We offer health insurance through CaptialCare. This is a flexible plan that provides in-network as well as out-of-network benefits, and prescription coverage. The employee contribution is outlined in your offer letter. Some plans includes a dental and vision discount plan (not insurance). 401K Plan with Employer
Participation
We will automatically contribute 3% of your year-end salary to your retirement (401K) plan. This contribution is above and independent of any contributions that you make and vests immediately. You are eligible to enter the 401K plan at the next open enrollment time and after 1 complete year of service. To learn more about the 401K plan, click here.
Vacation/Sick Days Starting with your first paycheck, you will earn 12 days vacation/sick time.
Holidays New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Long Term Disability Insurance We offer LTD that will provide 60% of your base salary in the event that you become disabled and are unable to work. There is a waiting period of 90 days to become eligible for coverage and a 90 day period before coverage begins.
Direct Deposit Pay periods are twice a month. You can choose either a check or direct deposit.
Year end profit share bonus After reviewing yearly profit a discretionary profit sharing/performance bonus may be paid to all employees who are eligible for the 401K plan. This contribution is not dependent on the employee making a contribution. Recent profit sharing equaled 4% of base salary.
Competitive salary and raises In an effort to remain competitive, we will aggressively review your salary on an annual basis and strive to reward you as high as possible relative to company profitability and your performance.
